The Morell Anemo-Tachometer was a German instrument developed during the First World War to measure airspeed. It was a compact, self-contained device with a small propeller that spun in the airstream, driving an internal dial. Mounted externally on a strut or fuselage within view of the cockpit, it allowed the pilot to read flight speed directly.

Historical significance
The Morell Anemo-Tachometer gave German pilots direct and reliable feedback on their aircraft’s performance without the complexity of extra cockpit instruments. Its widespread use on frontline fighters made it one of the most recognizable external fittings on German WWI aircraft, and it remains a distinctive detail for historians and scale modellers.
This Morell Anemo-Tachometer has been created using 3D printing technology and was designed based on original drawings.
The set consists of 2 items - one for your model and another for carpet monster.{{freeshipping_code_1}}{{payment}}
