By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the information on this page.
Production Time
Most wooden propellers are handmade to order. Typical production time is up to 25 weeks.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing the order, and we will let you know if expedited production is possible.
Delivery
We ship worldwide by registered air mail. Some destinations may be unavailable due to postal or legal restrictions.
Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks. This is an approximate timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, postal workload and local delivery service.
Customs delays, import processing and local postal delays are outside our control.
Proper Plane reserves the right to update shipping prices if postal rates change.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Payment card
- PayPal
- Payoneer
Orders are processed after payment has been received.
Payment card transactions are processed securely by the payment provider. Proper Plane does not store payment card numbers.

Import Duties and Taxes
VAT, import duties, customs fees or postal handling charges may be applied in the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility, unless they are paid at checkout.
Returns and Cancellations
Please contact us before returning any item.
Ready-made items may be returned only if they are unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order items, including handmade wooden propellers produced especially for your order, cannot normally be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless the item is defective or does not match the order.
Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and postal or customs handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Parcels and Delivery Issues
When receiving a parcel, please check that it is complete and undamaged.
If the parcel appears to be damaged, please report it immediately to the carrier and contact us by email.
