Information for Customers from the European Union
Important information regarding possible changes to EU customs rules from July 1, 2026.
Dear friends,
We would like to inform you in advance about expected changes to the European Union customs rules, which may come into effect on July 1, 2026.
These changes are expected to apply to commercial parcels sent to EU countries from outside the European Union, including parcels shipped from Ukraine.
Under the new rules, small e-commerce shipments may be subject to a fixed import duty of 3 EUR.
In addition, postal or courier operators in some countries may charge extra fees for customs clearance, parcel processing, or logistics services. The amount and procedure for these charges may vary depending on the country and the operator.
In some countries, these charges may be paid upon delivery. In others, the postal operator may require them to be paid before the parcel is shipped.
If payment is required at the time of shipment, we will have to include these charges in the invoice. If they are charged in the destination country, the customer will pay them directly upon delivery or during customs clearance.
All tariffs for orders placed before this regulation comes into effect will be covered by us, since you have already been waiting patiently for your parcels.
Combining items into one order may become more practical
It is also likely that, after the new rules are introduced, it may be more cost-effective for EU customers to combine several items into one order instead of placing several separate small orders.
New arrivals and restocked products
As for new arrivals — our stock has been significantly replenished with products from HGW, GasPatch, REXx, and Infini.
We now have almost the entire range of engines, armament, seatbelts, and exhaust pipes available. If something happens to be out of stock, we can quickly arrange a restock upon request.
We are closely following the situation and gradually working through the new rules. Of course, we are not very happy about additional charges and complications, but we will deal with it.
As always, we will do our best to find the best possible solutions so that purchasing and delivery for our European customers remain as simple, clear, and predictable as possible.
Thank you for staying with us — your support means the world to Proper Plane!
Warm regards,
The Proper Plane Team
