Albatros D.V Decal & Detail Set – 1/32

A complete detail set designed for the Wingnut Wings 1/32 Albatros D.V/D.Va, combining our woodgrain fuselage decal with finely detailed inspection hatches and louvers.

Choose one of four different woodgrain decal variations to match your reference or preferred appearance.

The set brings together three complementary Proper Plane products for one aircraft, making it easier to add both the characteristic plywood finish and some of the most visible external details.

Woodgrain decal
The decal reproduces the characteristic plywood fuselage of the Albatros with a realistic and consistent finish – without complex painting techniques.

The transparent-background decal was developed in co-operation with Dave Douglass – a well-known aviation artist and researcher of Albatros and other WWI aircraft.

The natural variation of tone and grain is carefully represented to reproduce the appearance of laminated plywood surfaces.

Each decal set contains two sheets with wood textures:
• PDW-X01 – 235 × 160 mm
• PDW-X03 – 175 × 87 mm

Inspection Hatches
A finely detailed set of inspection hatches designed specifically for the Albatros D.V/D.Va in 1/32 scale.

Albatros D.V/D.Va Louvers 
The louvers are included in this set at no additional charge.

Choose your woodgrain
Four different decal variations are available: PDW-6013, PDW-7013, PDW-8013 and PDW-9013.

Each version differs in both tone and woodgrain pattern, reflecting the natural variation of plywood surfaces observed on original aircraft.
