Gothania 760×100 wheels in 1/32 scale, designed as a detailed and practical replacement for the standard wheels supplied with Wingnut Wings Fokker D.VII kits.
Wingnut Wings designed the outer wheel covers specifically for each aircraft, and some kits even include several cover options depending on the particular aircraft or version being modelled.
For this reason, instead of replacing these aircraft-specific details with a universal part, we designed the Proper Plane wheels to use the original outer wheel covers from the Wingnut Wings kit.
The Proper Plane set replaces the tire and inner wheel cover. The inner cover is supplied as a separate part from the tire, allowing both components to be painted independently before assembly. This makes painting considerably easier and helps achieve a clean, precise boundary between the wheel cover and tire without complicated masking.
Use the aircraft-specific outer wheel covers supplied with your model kit. Proper Plane provides the replacement tire and separate inner wheel cover, designed for accurate fit and easier painting.
The set includes parts for two Gothania 760×100 wheels.

The wheel and tire size reference above was compiled using historical documentation and modelling research, including original German Idflieg wheel drawings and tables published by Peter M. Grosz in WW1 Aero No. 163, pp. 44–46, additional wheel information published in WW1 Aero No. 145, period references, and comparison with parts supplied in Wingnut Wings, Meng and Roden model kits.
